The Essentials The Brand mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by Essentials The Brand (“Essentials The Brand,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms. We may update or cancel the Service or any of its features at any time, and your continued use constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
By consenting to receive SMS/text messages from Essentials The Brand, you agree to receive recurring messages—both transactional (e.g., order updates, account alerts) and promotional (e.g., exclusive offers, cart reminders)—to the mobile number you provided. Messages may be sent via automated technology, and your number may still receive messages even if it is listed on a federal or state Do Not Call registry.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Participation in the Service is entirely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary. Please check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for any text-related charges.
You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to Essentials or by clicking the unsubscribe link (when available). You’ll receive a one-time confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. If you're subscribed to multiple Essentials The Brand messaging programs, you'll need to opt out of each one individually.
For support or help, text HELP to Essentials or email essentialsthebrandllc@gmail.com.
We may update the short code or number we use to send messages. If you send a message (e.g., STOP or HELP) to a previous or inactive number, we may not receive it, and we’re not responsible for honoring that request.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please provide a valid mobile number, and update us if your number changes.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any messages, errors in the content, or actions taken (or not taken) based on the Service.
We respect your privacy. To learn more about how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy.
