1. When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding Sundays and federal holidays. Once processed, your order will ship the following business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once it’s on the way.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping via USPS. Delivery time and rates may vary by destination. Please note that customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

3. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and a 10% restocking fee will apply.

4. Do you accept exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

5. My tracking number says delivered, but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?

Please double-check your address and contact your local postal carrier. Essentials The Brand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery. We recommend contacting USPS to open an investigation if necessary.

6. How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you choose the best fit. If you're between sizes or need help, feel free to email us at essentialsthebrandllc@gmail.com.

7. Do you restock sold-out items?

Some of our pieces are limited releases and may not return. Be sure to sign up for restock alerts and follow us on Instagram @essentialsthebrand for updates.

9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
